Staffing Practices

The Locals Agency connects qualified wardrobe professionals with concert tours, artists, and production teams. Our placements are based on skill, experience, availability, and the specific needs of each production. We strive to maintain a fair and transparent process for all candidates and clients.

Workers placed through The Locals Agency may be classified as employees or independent contractors depending on the nature of the engagement. Classification is determined in accordance with applicable federal and state law.

Worker Rights and Protections

All workers placed by The Locals Agency are entitled to:

  • A safe and respectful work environment free from harassment and discrimination

  • Accurate information about the nature, duration, and compensation of each assignment

  • Wages paid in accordance with applicable federal and state minimum wage and overtime laws

  • Workers’ compensation coverage as required by applicable law
